What type of rooms can I book?
We offer standard double rooms, standard twin rooms and several family rooms sleeping three to five guests. Every room has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check-out is between 09:00 and 10:00. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not served at the hotel. Rooms include an electric kettle, and a fridge and microwave are available, with cafes and bakeries a short walk away.
How far is the beach?
Sandown Beach is 450 m from the hotel, about a 5-minute walk.
How far is the town centre?
The hotel sits halfway between Sandown train station and the town centre, both a few minutes on foot.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome and our family rooms are spacious, some with separate sleeping areas. Cribs and extra beds are not available, and children aged 13 and above are charged as adults.
Is there WiFi?
Free WiFi is available in the public areas of the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Is smoking permitted?
The hotel is a smoke-free property with non-smoking rooms. There is a designated smoking area outside.
Is there a restaurant, pool or spa?
The hotel does not have a restaurant, swimming pool or spa. There is a shared lounge with a TV, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
